State Decarbonization Reports

State and federal policies meant to reduce greenhouse gas emissions have the potential to address long-standing inequities in our fossil-fuel-based energy system. But often times, these policies fail to account for the public health, affordability, or equity impacts of our current energy system. Created in collaboration between the Equity Fund, our grantee partners, and technical assistance partners such as PSE Healthy Energy and Inclusive Economics, these state-specific reports and issue briefs look into how equity, resilience, and employment considerations can be incorporated into state decarbonization plans and policies.
